Comprihensive machining solutions for your needs
Lathe
Rotates workpiece against cutting tools for cylindrical shapes. Used for turning, threading, and knurling.
Sharper Machine
Uses a single-point cutting tool in a reciprocating motion to produce flat surfaces, grooves, and keyways.
Panto Machine
Copies and scales down complex designs (e.g., molds, engravings) using a tracing stylus and cutting tool.
Threading Machine
Specialized for cutting screw threads on bolts, pipes, and rods. Types include die heads and tapping machines.
Milling Machine
Cuts materials using rotary tools for slots, gears, and 3D shapes. Vertical/horizontal variants for different angles.
CNC Wire-Cut
Uses a thin, electrically charged wire to precisely cut conductive materials (even hardened steel).
Spark EDM
Shapes metal using electrical discharges between an electrode and workpiece submerged in dielectric fluid.
Surface Grinder
Finishes flat surfaces with an abrasive wheel for ultra-smooth, high-tolerance finishes (±0.002mm).
CNC Laser Cutter
recision cuts/engraves materials (metal, wood, acrylic) using a focused laser beam. For clean, burr-free edges.
